About Pearlina Simmons

Born in 2006, Simmons Strategy Group is rooted in my childhood and teenage years, helping my mother run church programs and my father run his own construction business. After more than 25 years leading teams and launching products in startups, non-profits, and corporations, entrepreneurship remains my passion. There’s nothing I love more than helping emerging women leaders, minority business owners, and nonprofits unlock their potential.
Through my own business, I’ve served as a trusted guide to more than 100 individual and group business coaching clients. I've provided in-depth executive coaching to more than 50 non-profit employees at all leadership levels, and led 400+ individuals through change initiatives related to new business or product launches.
With a focus on business design, growth strategy, and organizational coaching, my ideal client is the one who can’t wait to tell me about their dream, isn’t afraid to grow, and believes their work makes the world a better place. If that sounds like you, let’s start a conversation.
MORE ABOUT ME
Born and raised in South Carolina, I transplanted to Atlanta nearly 20 years ago where I now live, work, and worship with my husband Jerome and our two children. After anxiously stepping into homeschooling during the pandemic, we discovered we loved the change it brought to our family rhythms and culture. Five years later, I continue guiding our children through their education, coaching and counseling them through the trials of middle school, high school, life planning, and growing up.
Fun Facts
I’ve read (well, listened to on Audible) all three volumes of Susan Wise Bauer’s History of the World. Every now and then, I love a good 20 hour listen like The Snowball: Warren Buffet and the Business of Life by Alice Schroeder. I’ve discovered that Andy Serkis is my favorite fiction narrator. His take on The Hobbit is excellent! The most interesting book I’ve read (I mean listened to) lately is the YouTube Formula by Derral Eves. I loved hearing how he worked with Mr. Beast and launched The Chosen.
